Both programs run in parallel. The flagship lines carry the lifetime promise automatically. Every other SKU in the catalog is covered by the 30-day in-gym trial. Either way: if it doesn't perform, you don't pay.

From broken seam to replacement in hand — four steps, ten days.

The claim flow below applies to both programs. Average end-to-end timeline for a lifetime replacement is 9–11 days from your first photo submission. Trial returns are faster — typically 5–7 days door-to-refund.

    One photo of the defect, one photo of the care label, one photo of the original order confirmation or receipt. No essay required. Cell-phone quality is fine.

    Receive your pre-paid label

    Once the team confirms the claim, a return label is emailed to you within one business day. USPS Priority Mail, 2–3 day ground service. No charge to you.

    Garments arrive at our 84,000 sq-ft employee-owned facility in Henderson. The quality team logs the failure mode — seam, fabric, zipper, elastic — and routes it for replacement build.

§ 03 · EDGE CASES

The six questions serious buyers ask before committing $145+ to a garment.

01 Does the lifetime guarantee cover normal wear, or only manufacturing defects?

Normal wear is explicitly included. A pair of Sovereign compression tights that survives three competition seasons of deadlifts, cleans, and box jumps is exactly the use case this guarantee was written for. If the fabric loses compression, a seam separates, or a panel fails in any way during training — that is a covered claim.

02 Is the lifetime guarantee transferable if I sell or gift the garment?

No. The guarantee is issued to the original purchaser of record — the name on the order confirmation, or the customer of the specialty retailer at the time of purchase. Hand-me-downs and resale items are not covered. The 30-day in-gym trial resets for any new owner during the first 30 days.

03 Can I claim from outside the United States?

Yes — for orders shipped to Canada or Australia. International return shipping is reimbursed up to $35 USD equivalent on receipt of a carrier invoice. For other regions, contact [email protected] before initiating a claim so we can route you to the correct regional distributor.

04 What about custom team kits ordered through Team Outfitting?

Custom kits carry the same lifetime replacement terms as catalog SKUs when the defect is manufacturing-related — seam, fabric, print, dye. Design errors approved by the team contact at the proof stage are not eligible, since the garment was built to an explicit specification. Production defects on custom runs are replaced free of charge including re-running the custom print, typically inside 14 days given our in-house dyeing and finishing capability at the Henderson facility.

05 How do I prove I bought it from a retailer versus your site?

Any dated receipt from an authorized retailer — including the 340 specialty fitness retailers across the US, Canada, and Australia — serves as proof of purchase. We cross-reference the SKU against retailer shipment logs when validating. Lost your receipt? The order ID on the garment's interior heat-seal label can be traced back to its wholesale channel on request.

06 What if I just don't like how it fits?

Fit is the 30-day in-gym trial's job, not the lifetime guarantee's. Train in it for a month. If it doesn't fit, return it under the trial for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fee. The lifetime guarantee exists to handle the case where the garment fails you in motion, not the case where your size changed.
